1Day 1 · Chiang Khan
- Arrive in Chiang Khan (night bus)
- Morning alms giving on Chai Khong Road
- Ride a bike along the Mekong, visit Wat Si Khun Mueang
- Lunch, then Kaeng Khut Khu rapids (3 km)
- Sunset boat on the Mekong (≈100 ฿)
- Walking Street night market
2Day 2 · Chiang Khan
- Sunrise and sea of mist at Phu Thok (songthaew 25 ฿)
- Breakfast, then Chiang Khan Skywalk (Phu Khok Ngio, 60 ฿)
- Lunch, then Phu Ruea National Park (1.5 hrs) or Chateau de Loei winery
- Night bus back, or stay one more night
3Day 3 · Phu Kradueng National Park
- Arrive at the park office (night bus) — register and book a porter
- Climb 5.5 km (4–5 hrs) — rest at Sam Haek and Lang Kae
- Lunch at Lang Kae on the top
- Walk 3.6 km to Wang Kwang campsite, set up the tent
- Sunset at Pha Mak Dook cliff
4Day 4 · Phu Kradueng National Park
- Sunrise at Pha Nok An cliff (2 km)
- Bike or walk the cliff loop: Pha Lom Sak (9 km), Phen Phop waterfall
- Campfire and stars
5Day 5 · Phu Kradueng National Park
- Sunrise and breakfast
- Walk down (2.5–3 hrs)
- Lunch, then bus to Loei or Bangkok (night bus)
