Trip Plan (trip.ziloempire.com) is run by Zilo Empire LLC. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
- Account: your email address and, if you sign in with Google, the name and email Google shares with us. We do not get your Google password.
- Contact details you type in: name, phone number, Telegram username and your preferred way to be contacted (Telegram, WhatsApp or phone).
- Trip details: the places, dates, number of travellers, budget and notes you send when you confirm a trip.
- On your device only: your cart, planner settings and language are kept in your browser (local storage) and are not sent to us until you confirm a trip.
Why we use it
Only to plan your trip and contact you about it: our team receives your confirmed trip in a private Telegram chat and replies by your chosen method. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for ads.
Who processes it for us
- Supabase — stores accounts and trip requests.
- Vercel — hosts the website.
- Telegram — delivers new trip requests to our team.
- Resend — sends account emails (sign-up confirmation, password reset).
- Google — only if you choose "Continue with Google".
Booking links
Links to Booking.com, Agoda, 12Go and similar sites are partner links through Travelpayouts. When you open one, that site and Travelpayouts may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies. The price you pay does not change.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and trip requests while your account is open. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your choices
You can change your name, phone and Telegram in My account. To get a copy of your data or delete your account, email trip@ziloempire.com from the email on your account.
